not sure if the summer is here to stay, but we are definitely making the most of the sunshine that we’ve been having these past few days. we’re lucky to have so many green spaces close to where we live, so we packed a picnic and went off to Lee Valley Park
Could have spent the whole day there…. but at least it was enough time to recharge the batteries before another long week at work…

it’s definitely late Spring - so lush & blooming! The Solstice is the real beginning of Summer - on your end of the globe - but for us it will be the WINTER solstice - brrrrrr….
