…I happen to think that some things in life, are not so much “meant to be”, but seem to unfold in front of you in very natural manner. And on the eve of our five year anniversary, I happen to believe that Manijeh and I getting married is one of those things. More than this however, I firmly believe in the fact that a good marriage is not made up of two individuals that work well together, but many more than this. Family and friends play an immensely important role as well and here on the Afnan-Murray blog I would take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to all our friends and relatives who have enriched our lives together in the past five years and before.
Manijeh’s not one for cheesy outpourings of emotion, so I won’t go on much more, except to say we’re off to Haifa tonight to re-visit the Baha’i Holy Places, which we were so fortunate to be surrounded by on the day of our wedding. It will no doubt bring back fond memories and we’ll be sure to remember all our readers when we’re there!

Oh guys! Thank you so much for the time travel of a precious moment. Just precious thank you. Vinci! good to see that romantic vein popping out!
