…despite the fact that I’ve now been in Scotland for three days. I did notice that M&S Food do have a plentiful supply of the stuff up here for those that have the acquired taste. Myself? I prefer to stick to things I know, like apple pie and custard for example.
Yesterday afternoon I arrived in Glasgow, home to Scotland’s two biggest footy teams, Celtic and Rangers. It’s not as immiediately striking as Edinburgh, but it’s certainly not the unpleasant place that some imagine it to be. As you exit Glasgow Queen St. Station you come right out into George Square, which is littered with statues of famous Scotsman and some pretty nice architecture to boot
Today, I delivered two more training sessions and I’m delighted to say that they keep getting better with each one. It’s hard to describe what a difference it makes doing a job where I get to interact with people throughout the day and I’m not chained to my computer. It’s liberating to say the least let me tell you!
Tomorrow I journey onward to Newcastle and Leeds…

Are ya gonna see Safa and Eric??
